A BEAUTIFUL WHITE DIAL PIECE, AT HOME ALMOST ANYWHERE.. - I picked up this watch several months ago, and living it with it now it has become a reliable option for everyday wear, when the occasion is not overly formal. The manual wind has been a fun switch from the many automatics I have gravitated to in the past -- thank you for giving us the option! And yes, there is great satisfaction in winding the piece. The watch is very much a strap monster, at home with any color strap or nato you care to throw on it. Its robust military DNA is baked in, and it looks and functions as a field watch should -- no fuss, very reliable. At the same time the watch has a thoroughly modern aesthetic, with its 40MM diameter, but especially thanks to the brilliant execution of something so many get wrong -- a simple yet stunning white dial. White dials like this don't come along every day, on a watch with so much practical, everyday utility. No fuss, just good looks and a reliable time piece. Very happy with my purchase. AMAZING WATCH, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Just wanted to share my experience with Don from Vertex. You can tell this company will take care of the customer no matter what and has your best interest in mind. I had a problem with my order (not any fault from Vertex). Don had amazing communication, fast response, and was able to resolve my problem that day. The new item shipped less than 12 hours later and was at my house in 4 days. (Over seas as well). This phenomenal experience really showed me how costumer service should be. Can not thank Don enough. The MP45HE is a beautiful watch. Everything you need in a monopusher. The lume hour markers really pop off the dial. Overall a stunning watch. -T. Cook AWWC

A WATCH FOR LIFE - Having read every review on the aqualion before buying my own one I'm almost struggling not to repeat every single positive that's already been mentioned. I don't have an extensive watch collection so was looking for something special - I definitely found it! Introduced to this watch by a very knowledgeable collector of military watches (and proud owner of a m100) it ticked every box. The styling, feeling of quality, proportions and yes the incredible lume mean I doubt I'll ever be parted from it, although my 18 year old son's eyes lit up when he saw it - I may leave it to him in my will! I've seen people say it's over-priced but I couldn't disagree more. It sets a new standard at this price as far as I'm concerned and it's all mine! "Scott Adam"

A WATCH THAT SERVED ITS COUNTRY - “My love of watches came when my grandfather left me his Vertex more than 50 years ago. He served in the War Office. I was told it was a ‘fine watch’. I wore it daily until buying my first Rolex. However, every now and again I’d wear it just to keep it ‘ticking over’. Most days I look and read about watches on the Internet. To my surprise I came across the Vertex site; I thought the company had long gone. As soon as I saw the M100 I had to have one. It was a new take on the classic ‘Dirty Dozen’ watch and looked perfect. I spoke to Don who was incredibly helpful. I opted for the mechanical model – I felt it needed to be. The watched arrived in its Peli case – all wrapped up in mystery and intrigue. The M100 did not disappoint. It certainly feels special – not only as a fine example of watchmaking but also as a look back to a watch that served its country. "Philip Braund"

JUST WOW - Out of the delivery box a watch case that's actually usable. Inside the amazing MP45 heritage. Hard to describe the dial. It seems to change with the light. The case is just perfect fitting nicely on my wrist. The crown is perfect for a manual wind with a lovely feel. "DAvid Shaw"

FANTASTIC WATCH AND EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. - I'm not much of a watch guy. In fact, the M100AC is only my second watch. But it’s my first auto, and I plan to pass it along to my son. There was something about the watch that drew me to it. I kept visiting the website. I was looking at the same pictures over and over again and reading the history. I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy it, and I wasn't disappointed. It looks even better in person. It really is a beautiful watch that can dress up or down. The numerals made of solid luminant are impressive and definitely unique. I look forward to giving this watch plenty of wrist time. Also, I've been in communication with the Vertex team including Don, the owner. All have been very responsive (including answering my rookie questions for my first auto) and welcomed me to the fold. Great watch and great team. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. "Raul"

M60 - TRULY AMAZING - Just picked up the M60 ND earlier today and still haven’t wiped off the smile from when I opened the case and saw it for the first time. I must have looked 500 times at the watch during the last few hours and nearly walked into several people on the street because I was busy looking at the watch. This watch radiates character and high quality. The dial and molted hour markers are amazing and the case and bracelet are superb. Some people have mentioned that the price seems too high but they clearly haven’t had the watch in hand and on wrist. This is my first but definitely not my last Vertex. Perhaps it’s a bit of a cliché but the M60 is more than just a watch - it’s an experience. Everything seems so well thought through and the case with the extra super high quality straps, the tool, the COSC certificate etc is just next level. And last but not least, Vertex is second to none when it comes to costumer service. Not just for a watch company but for any company really. A true please during business with them. "Tobias"

PROBABLY MY MOST WORN WATCH - Despite having known it was coming, I was surprised at how it wears. How can a 750 m diver wear under the cuff ? This thing is getting worn with cuff links or polo shirts or wet suit and is always feeling right. I find myself putting it back on when I intend to wear something else, with or without the steel bracelet which can be swopped to a nato within seconds. But finally its best in bright sunshine and water… Perfect ! "an_englishman_in_europe"

NO REGRETS! - Having been introduced to Vertex in early 2021, which led to my purchase of the last available M100B, the introduction of the M60 was long awaited. I've owned an Omega for over 20 years so it was going to have be something special. It took me a while to decide between Date or No Date and M60 or, when it was introduced, M60C. I went for M60ND and it's safe to say that I am in no way disappointed. The Vertex phrase 'Purity of Purpose' is totally apposite to the M60. It sits wonderfully on the wrist, is comfortable to wear (not too heavy) and looks good. The 'lime' is extraordinary, it even glows when I walk the dog under a thick tree canopy. No 'buyer's remorse' in any way and I can see that my sons will have hard decisions to make on who gets what in due course. "Giles M"

VERY SPORTY - I own the MP45B manual (sold-out and not on the website, so reviewing here). This watch is extremely sporty, with the red chronograph hands playing perfectly off the black case and dial. The watch looks amazing on the black leather or NATO straps, but really shines on the optional bracelet or with a brown leather strap. Not much else to say, other than like all Vertex watches (I also own an M100 and M60 AquaLion) the build quality is top-notch (equal to brands like Omega and a level up from Tag Heuer) and the proportions are just perfect. Add the Vertex-signature thermonuclear lume and this is fantastic everyday or travel watch. "Andrew F"

A MAGNIFICENT WATCH - For over a year, I would view this watch with the dream of possibly purchasing it one day. That day came and I am extremely happy with this watch. After purchasing, Don immediately sent me an email confirming my purchase and had contions contact throughout the process. Don was able to answer my questions and very responsive. The watch is absolutely gorgeous! From the presentation in the case, the Arabic numerals, to the patina, I am extremely happy with this watch. Thank you Don for such a magnificent watch. "Robert"

THE LITTLE DETAILS... - I bought my M100b with my inheritance when my father passed away. I am ashamed to say that I never wore it as I'd seen it as an investment for my Son. I was persuaded by Rob to get it unboxed and to wear it daily, if you are on instagram then you will have seen his stunning images of all things Vertex - @rw_m100. It's a decision I'll never regret, my M100b gives me joy each day. The M100b is such a versatile watch, a chameleon of a chronometer, it looks stunning as a 'dress' watch on the DLC stainless steel strap and then an altogether different beast on a Nato strap. The Vertex attention to detail is truly astounding, both in the watches they design and the customer service you receive. I very much look forward to buying another Vertex this year. "Jason"

DIVE IN ON THIS AMAZING DIVER - Some amazing take aways from wearing the M60C daily: The watch continues to be amazing and just seems to get better with time. No crown rub with 3 o’clock crown, unsure why it seems to rub less but that was a pleasant surprise. Glass is crystal clear. No glare and makes the watch look perfect. I have been told that is due to the coating on the crystal and it absolutely works. Readability is amazing on this watch from any angle and in any light. Contrast of white numbers on black back for date wheel was flawless move. Standard molded super luminova is a must keep and now with the molded makers. It’s impeccable. The hint of red for depth rating helps watch have character. Polishing on edges of watch case adds such a top notch touch. The Movement is flawless. Haven’t noticed any change in time lost at all. Bezel is stunning! The matte bezel insert was top notch choice. The crown and texture of bezel ring is flawless. Strap are amazing. Tapered bracelet is perfect. So easy to adjust. Rubber is my preferred. And of course the Zulu Alpha strap is gorgeous as usual. The Size of watch is perfect and not cumbersome. I have to recommend this watch as a perfectly thought out diver that is durable and can be used for work and daily wear, while also stunning and surpassing the competition like Omega and Tudor in my opinion. I’d take this over a SMP or BB58. "Christopher"

My Last Dive Watch - I try to keep my collection at ten watches, with the difficulty being my eclectic taste. I am equally fond of elegant dress watches, utilitarian field/military watches and sporty chronographs, but if I had to pick one type above all others, I’d have to go with dive watches. I don’t dive, and in fact have never been deeper than perhaps 10 or 15 meters, yet since I was a child I’ve almost always favored dive watches. Omega, Rolex, Seiko, I’ve had many, but today I own only one, and it is so good that I doubt I’ll buy another. The M60 AquaLion is a massive-looking watch, yet it wears exactly as its 40mm case diameter suggests it should. I don’t know how, but this 40mm diver has more visual presence than my previous favorite diver, the Seiko Marinemaster, and that was a 44mm watch. The AquaLion outdoes the Marinemaster in other ways as well, with a chronometer rated movement and at 600 meter, DOUBLE the water resistance. I can’t get enough of the molded luminous numerals and hour markings, and the deep gray dial combined with the matte ceramic (and lumed) bezel is far more impressive that those of any Submariner or Seamaster, but in a restrained and tasteful way. This really could be my last dive watch, it is that good. "Andrew F"

EXCELLENCE - As soon as I laid eyes on this timepiece I knew I had to have it. From the super imposed molded luminova Arabic numerals to the rifle knurling on the crown to the ceramic bezel it's a watch the industry has been loathing for. Well executed. Wish it came in another color so I could have an excuse to purchase another. Thank you Don C!! "Jon Shenassafar"

LUCKY ME! - After buying my Bronze 75 I really wanted to get hold of an M100B too - as I love the finish and was also blown away by the luminous numerals against the black dial. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have secured one of the last ones that Don sold (an ex-press demo) and, as with the Bronze, it really doesn't disappoint. It sits really well on my wrist and has certainly not gone unnoticed. Superb quality which has not been compromised through the use and abuse of the journalistic community!

STUNNING - The beauty of the Vertex brand is the genuine history of the name and product. No questionable links to the past and certainly no irrelevant additions to these equality timepieces to associate to a person object or event. I put my name down for a Bronze 75 as soon as it was announced (having also met Don at a watch event) and it really has not disappointed. It's quite simply stunning, beautifully made and presented (and has now been joined by an M100B). Absolutely no complaints or regrets (and the fact that Vertex is a British brand with no secrets made about the Swiss involvement is another plus for me). It even came with a crazy pelican case (so tempting to use for other things!). "Ted Reddick"

MY FAVOURITE WATCH - I absolutely love this watch. It’s beautiful and probably the favourite in my collection. Love the white face and the overall design. "Marcus Watson"

A SPECIAL WATCH TO MARK A SPECIAL OCCASION. - I’ve served in the US Army Reserve since 1984, and making the promotion list for Lieutenant Colonel last May, I wanted to buy myself a special watch with military hearitage. Looking at all of the usual suspects, I then found a reference to the M100. Don was great to deal with and after a few days exchanging emails I placed an order. The watch has greatly exceeded my high expectations. On the leather strap it dresses up nicely, while on the OD green NATO that Don included it has become a mandatory piece of my army uniform. Not only it is gorgeous, but also highly accurate. My M100 on average gains about one and a half seconds per day, which is tied for the most accurate mechanical watch I own. Where other watches enter and leave my collection often, this one has a permanent place. "Andrew"

MP45 - What an outstanding modern take on a classic design. The build quality is right up there with the big luxury brands and Don's customer service is second to none. This is my second Vertex and it will not be my last!
